Job summary

Integro Partners is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join its collaborative technical team in the North West on a hybrid basis. You will produce detailed, compliant reports and conduct technical research across pensions, investments, protection, bonds and trusts to support advisers.

With 3+ years in a paraplanning role and a Level 4 Diploma (or near completion), you’ll contribute to high-quality financial planning, adhere to FCA Consumer Duty, and help maintain precise client records in a

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience as a Paraplanner in an IFA or Wealth Management firm.
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, bonds and trusts.
• Experience of inheritance tax planning (desirable).
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or close to achieving it).
• Excellent report writing, research and analytical skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive approach and commitment to high-quality financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed and compliant suitability reports.
• Conducting technical research across pensions, investments, protection, bonds and inheritance tax planning.
• Supporting advisers with complex financial planning cases.
• Producing clear and accurate recommendations aligned with FCA Consumer Duty.
• Managing and maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
• Ensuring all work meets FCA regulations and internal standards.
• Collaborating with advisers and the wider team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
