Job Description:

Our client offers a broad range of services to help clients manage their wealth and achieve their financial and lifestyle objectives.

They offer financial advice and investment management services provided by highly qualified professionals with extensive experience servicing clients for many years.

They are looking to hire an experienced Paraplanner. The key duties are as follows:

  • Request and review all necessary information and undertake financial analysis to produce reports for discussion with the Adviser. Conduct research to identify suitable solutions to meet client needs. Request and obtain information/comparisons for analysis by the Adviser. Consider current and future asset allocations for investment strategies in line with client risk profiles.
  • Check all compliance paperwork and internal sign-off documents are complete.
  • Prepare draft recommendation reports for review and approval by the Adviser. Ensure recommendations comply with internal guidance and procedures.
  • Discuss client objectives with the Adviser during debriefs. Identify any gaps in client information and address them with the Adviser.
  • Submit paperwork when advice is implemented, in accordance with company procedures. Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Ensure data is correctly recorded and updated on the company's back-office systems as per procedures.
  • Undertake annual reviews when appropriate.
  • Provide ongoing servicing of clients as needed.
  • Understand the Financial Planning/Corporate Advice process, where applicable.
  • Work within defined business processes to achieve outcomes independently.
  • Prioritize tasks and plan workload effectively.
  • Maintain good report writing and communication skills.
  • Hold a Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning (CII) - Level 4 or equivalent.
