Job summary

Tekk Fusion in Solihull is seeking a Paraplanner to provide top-tier technical support across pensions, investments and protection, helping to deliver excellent client outcomes. You will work alongside Financial Advisers to ensure rigorous, accurate advice and documentation.

You will prepare detailed suitability reports, conduct product research, and develop cashflow modelling and illustrations while liaising with advisers, providers and clients to progress cases efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Paraplanner within an Independent Financial Planning firm.
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or working towards it.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and protection.
• Experience producing high-quality suitability reports.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Experience using systems such as Intelligent Office, Voyant, FE Analytics, Dynamic Planner or similar would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed suitability reports across pensions, investments and protection.
• Conduct technical research and product analysis.
• Analyse client information and support adviser recommendations.
• Prepare cashflow modelling and financial planning documentation.
• Produce provider illustrations, fund research and recommendation reports.
• Liaise with advisers, providers and clients to progress business efficiently.
• Assist with annual reviews and ongoing client servicing.
• Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations and internal compliance procedures.
