Job Description:

This leading Private Banking organisation is currently seeking a Head of Paraplanning who will work very closely with the owner. You will possess Financial Services experience and be experienced managing a Sales Support or Paraplanning team.

The role will be suitable for someone who has a background as a high-level paraplanner within the Financial Services industry, either working for an IFA or Wealth Manager, but you must have managed staff.

An Operational Manager with recent relevant experience will also be considered, as this role will be the right hand to their owner. You will attend meetings with them and will not be solely based in the office.

You will have attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a working knowledge of investments.

The role requires an individual who is an experienced manager, skilled in working to deadlines, prioritising workload, project management, and providing a high level of service at all times. To be successful, you will be minimum Diploma qualified with the intention to achieve Chartered status soon.

Salary: £70,000 depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus and benefits. This is an excellent opportunity with first-class career prospects.
