Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of paraplanners and senior paraplanners.
• Experience in regulated financial services or wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Line manage Paraplanners and Senior Paraplanners with clear objectives.
• Set performance expectations aligned to business goals.
• Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews and development conversations.
• Coach and mentor to improve technical knowledge and quality.
• Oversee allocation and prioritisation of paraplanning work across the team.
• Ensure service levels and deadlines are met and workloads balanced.
