Job description

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our client, a dynamic wealth management firm near Leicester, offering holistic financial advice globally.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with product providers to gather information and process business efficiently.
  2. Prepare client recommendations alongside advisers and draft suitability reports.
  3. Respond professionally and promptly to client inquiries via telephone and email.
  4. Organize and prepare for client meetings, including agendas, presentation materials, and follow-up actions.
  5. Develop review documents for clients, such as bespoke illustrations and valuations.
  6. Analyze investments in detail, assessing performance and costs.
  7. Ensure all financial plans and recommendations comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a paraplanner or in a financial advisory environment.
  • Experience with St James's Place is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Office Suite at an intermediate level.
  • Confident in communicating with clients and third-party providers.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
