Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd is seeking a Paraplanner to join our established Leeds team. You will work directly alongside seasoned Financial Planners, providing technical support and contributing to high‑quality client service for HNW clients.

The role involves complex cases across investments, pensions, tax planning and protection, with emphasis on thorough research, accurate reports, and proactive collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

• Diploma minimum requirement for the role.
• Chartered qualification or studying towards is preferred.
• Solid paraplanning experience with strong technical knowledge of HNW clients.
• Excellent report writing and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to advisers on complex cases.
• Assist in delivering outstanding client service to high‑net‑worth clients.
• Work directly with long‑standing Financial Planners on investments, pensions, tax planning and protection.

I'm currently representing a highly respected wealth management business who are looking for a Paraplanner to join their established team in Leeds.
You'll be working directly alongside long-standing Financial Planners, providing technical support and helping deliver outstanding client service. This role offers a mix of autonomy and collaboration, with the chance to get involved in complex cases covering investments, pensions, tax planning and protection.
Clients are largely highly affluent and HNW in value.

What we're looking for:

• Diploma qualified as a minimum requirement. Ideally Chartered qualified or studying towards
• Solid paraplanning experience, with strong technical knowledge of HNW and complex clients
• Excellent report writing and research skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented and confident working closely with Advisers and clients
