This is much more than a report-writing role. You’ll be a key part of a small, collaborative team that values clarity, integrity and client relationships above all else.

Responsibilities:

  • Working one-to-one with the Managing Director to support client meetings, follow-ups, and advice preparation.
  • Building and maintaining detailed client fact-finds and cashflow models.
  • Helping ensure advice is technically sound, compliant, and delivered smoothly.
  • Taking ownership of case progression — keeping things moving and staying on top of key milestones.
  • Playing a role in shaping internal processes, due diligence reviews, and occasionally helping with wider projects around compliance and systems.

About You:

  • Strong experience in a paraplanning role.
  • Level 4 qualified (Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning) is , but highly experienced professionals working towards this will also be considered.
  • Excellent understanding of the full financial advice process and associated compliance.
  • Skilled in cashflow modelling tools (e.g., Cashcalc).
  • Proactive, well-organised, and able to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working closely with both advisers and clients in a collaborative, boutique setting.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-regarded, client-centric firm where you’ll be a core part of the business. A competitive salary, bonus structure, company benefits, and flexible hybrid working are all on offer.
