Job summary

TFAS Wealth Limited is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our Wealth team in Leeds. You will research, challenge and shape client recommendations, working closely with Financial Advisers to produce compliant advice across pensions and investments.

The role is 37.5 hours weekly, typically Monday–Friday with a 4pm finish on Fridays, offering hybrid work with at least 3 office days per week and a company bonus. Expect a strong focus on technical paraplanning and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking to turn client data into clear research
• Excellent written reports and evidence-based recommendations
• Strong research skills across pensions and investments
• Attention to detail and regulatory compliance
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Experience with industry tools: Intelliflo, Defaqto, FE Analytics

Responsibilities

• Analyse client circumstances and adviser discussions to research suitable products and solutions
• Prepare high-quality suitability reports across pensions, investments, retirement and protection
• Support pensions and investment planning including drawdown and retirement strategies
• Provide technical support to Financial Advisers and colleagues
• Review client data and documentation to ensure completeness before finalising advice
• Maintain case records and use Intelliflo, Defaqto and FE Analytics effectively
• Communicate with advisers and clients to progress cases
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes
• Keep up to date with product, tax and regulatory changes
• Collaborate with advisers and administrators to ensure a smooth client journey
• Manage paraplanning workload and meet KPIs and SLAs
• Develop knowledge through CPD and professional development
