Job Description:

What will you be doing?

We’re seeking a talented individual to join our remote-based central team, responsible for supporting our Financial Planners and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. In this role, you will support financial planners with client meetings, including presenting cashflow and preparing responses on technical matters.

This is a fully remote role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing suitability reports across various advice types, financial products, and investment solutions
  • Conducting technical research as needed
  • Maintaining accurate client records with sufficient Know Your Client information to demonstrate advice suitability
  • Collaborating with Financial Planners to deliver a positive client experience and achieve delivery dates and outcomes
  • Supporting client meetings by assisting with cashflow modelling as required
  • Managing processes, tasks, and ensuring FCA compliance

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Level 4 qualification - CII, Diploma in Financial Planning/Regulated Financial Planning
  • Level 6/Chartered status and AF7 qualification are advantageous
