Job summary

North Oak Recruitment represents an established IFA based in South Leicestershire seeking an experienced IFA Administrator / Paraplanner. You will provide paraplanning and administrative support to financial advisers, carrying out regulatory research and preparing suitability reports.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team. Location is office-based with parking; training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Strong passes in GCSE Maths and English (minimum).
• LIBF/CII qualifications desirable but not essential.
• Experience in paraplanning or IFA administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regulatory technical research for financial planning activities.
• Prepare and complete suitability reports in line with requirements.
• Review existing client arrangements and identify new opportunities.
• Stay aware of industry, regulatory and legislative changes.
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance processes.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and maintain attention to detail.
