They’re seeking a dedicated Paraplanner to support Financial Planners across all aspects of the advice process, from client file preparation through to implementation and ongoing review.

What’s on offer:

  • Salary Up to £45,000 DOE, plus annual profit share bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong client relationships and attend meetings when required
  • Assist Financial Planners with technical queries
  • Send and follow up on Letters of Authority in line with business processes
  • Ensure completeness of all client documentation including fact finds, compliance paperwork, and risk profiling
  • Conduct cash flow modelling using Voyant
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records across back-office and platform systems
  • Analyse product and provider options, prepare comparisons and draft suitability reports
  • Support end-to-end processing of business submissions

What we’re looking for:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ paraplanning experience within a financial planning environment
  • Strong knowledge of financial services products, planning tools, and modelling software (Voyant desirable)
  • Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent (Level 4); additional exams such as J01, J02, or PTS are desirable
