Job summary

The JobsBoard is supporting an established Wealth Management business in its search for a fully qualified and experienced Paraplanner to join the team. You will provide high-quality technical support to Financial Advisers and help ensure clients receive a first-class service.

Key duties include preparing suitability reports, cash flow models, maintaining documentation, and assisting with complex cases. This full-time, permanent role offers ongoing training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Paraplanner within financial planning or wealth management.
• Excellent report-writing skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate and client-focused documentation.
• Strong numerical ability and confidence working with financial data and performance information.

Responsibilities

• Complete full analysis of client requirements and prepare accurate, high-quality suitability reports.
• Produce cash flow models and ensure all client data is accurate and up to date.
• Maintain consistently high standards of documentation and report writing.
• Ensure all client business is processed compliantly and within agreed timescales.
• Provide comprehensive paraplanning and technical support to Financial Advisers, the administration team and Practice Manager.
• Assist Advisers with technical queries and complex client cases.
• Liaise with product providers to obtain replacement contract information and other relevant documentation.

About the role

An established and successful Wealth Management business is looking to expand its Paraplanning team and is seeking a fully qualified and experienced Paraplanner to join the business.
