This Paraplanner role is based in the Wick office or the High Wycombe area, offering hybrid working and strong collaboration with advisers on complex client cases.

You will conduct detailed research, technical planning analysis and contribute to inheritance tax, trust and wider estate planning considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Paraplanner within a financial planning firm.
• Strong technical foundation, particularly around complex planning.
• Exposure to inheritance tax and estate planning work.
• Working towards or holding relevant financial planning qualifications.
• Desire to grow, develop and deepen technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with advisers on complex client cases.
• Carrying out detailed research and technical planning analysis.
• Producing thoughtful, high quality financial planning recommendations.
• Supporting inheritance tax, trust and estate planning work.
• Being an active contributor within a collaborative paraplanner team.
