We are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning practice based in Braintree that are looking for a Paraplanner to join their team, focusing on providing a high quality financial planning and investment management service. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Paraplanner to support the business. You will be working in a strong team-focused environment where you can develop your career within a prestigious firm.

Requirements

The ideal candidate would have the following attributes:

  • Preferably level 4 Diploma qualified or working towards the qualification
  • Keen to progress towards Chartered status
  • Analytical and intuitive nature
  • Works well in a team
  • Has a desire to achieve great client outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and disciplined
  • Familiar with cashflow planning. Working with Truth software would be preferred but not a prerequisite.

Duties

Duties to include:

  • Working alongside the team of planners to deliver a highly personalised holistic financial planning service
  • Analysing client data, creating cashflow models, and writing up Lifestyle Financial Plans
  • Research and analysis
  • Attend client meetings and communicate with clients directly
  • Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of best practices and processes within the team.
