We're looking for a skilled Paraplanner with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality financial planning support. Working closely with a team of Advisers and Paraplanners, you’ll play a key role in crafting suitability reports, conducting in-depth product and portfolio research, and helping clients achieve their financial goals through best-in-class advice.

? What you'll be doing:

• Creating compliant and technically accurate suitability reports, tailored to client needs
• Conducting research and analysis across investments, pensions, and protection products
• Assisting with asset allocation analysis and supporting application documentation
• Maintaining up-to-date report templates and ensuring compliance with internal policies
• Working collaboratively with Advisers and the Compliance Manager to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and evolving best practices

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent report writing skills and a strong grasp of financial planning principles
• Experience with pension switching, transfer products, and ideally cashflow forecasting
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
• Strong communicator and collaborative team player
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple priorities
