Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a dynamic, supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-net-worth (HNW) and complex financial planning cases.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare detailed financial analysis and suitability reports.
  2. Support advisers with research, modelling, and client meeting preparation.
  3. Work closely with the investment committee and ensure regulatory compliance.
  4. Conduct cashflow modelling, pension/IHT planning, and product research.
Key Attributes
  1. At least 4 years’ experience as a Paraplanner.
  2. Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (preferably studying towards Level 6 Advanced Diploma).
  3. Experience with back office systems (Intelliflo preferred), Wrap Platforms, FE Analytics, Cashflow Planning software.
  4. Technical competence in investments, pensions, tax allowances, protection, trusts, and IHT.
  5. Discretionary annual bonus.
  6. Death in service cover.
  7. Support with career development and qualifications.
