My client is a wealth planning practice based outside Guildford with over 30 years of experience. I have visited their offices and placed 7 staff members in the business. They have an excellent reputation for providing solid financial advice to private and corporate clients across London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire. Their client base includes City professionals, families, retirees, and business owners, with investments ranging from £500k to over £3m.

The Managing Director is seeking a Paraplanner who is ideally diploma qualified or close to completion. Responsibilities include end-to-end report writing, technical research, supporting advisers with advice compilation, cashflow modelling, fact-finding, and preparing for annual reviews and client meetings. A broad knowledge of financial products such as Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, Retirement Planning, and Protections is essential. Knowledge of Intelligent Office is highly advantageous, along with familiarity with platforms like Elevate, Transact, Aberdeen, and Quilter.

This role is primarily office-based with flexible hours. Support for exams and studies is available. There is a potential career route to becoming an adviser. The salary range is £38k - £48k, with benefits including Death in Service, Private Medical, and Life Insurance. The environment is supportive, collaborative, and aims to be enjoyable.
