About Us:
Chase Virtual Solutions Ltd, established in 2018 to support St. James's Place Partners with premium Paraplanning, PA, Marketing, Training and consultancy services. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join our dynamic team. We are a small, but close-knit team who aspire to excel and help each other grow.
Role and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Paraplanning, you'll deliver high-quality suitability letters, technical reports and illustrations, while ensuring a first-class service for our valued clients.
The key duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Writing high-quality Suitability Letters based on the advisers’ recommendations
• Generating illustrations for various products
• Generating Review & Drawdown Reports for clients
• Completing various calculations accurately, such as tax and carry forward calculations, using critical yield calculators
• Analysing funds and portfolios
• Maintaining accurate, concise, and sufficient records on CRM systems and ensuring they are fully updated when appropriate
• Professionally dealing with client queries
• Supporting clients and the wider team with any technical queries and training support
Required Experience:
Essential: Previous experience working as a Paraplanner within a financial advisory firm
Preferred: Previous experience working as a Paraplanner within the St. James’s Place Partnership
Qualifications:
Preferred: CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning/Regulated Financial Planning or the LIBF Level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisers (part or fully qualified)
Preferred Skills and Characteristics:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A very high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• An excellent understanding of financial products
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce and iBusiness
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines
• Experience with FE Analytics & Voyant
• Organised, proactive and observant
• Good use of initiative and ability to self-motivate
