We are seeking a dedicated Paraplanner to provide comprehensive support to our Advisers, focusing on the production of suitability letters and reports. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient and accurate technical support within our team.
Day-to-day of the role:- Produce suitability letters and client financial reviews (CFRs) ensuring accuracy and compliance with current regulations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all queries related to your role, providing timely and effective responses.
- Offer technical support to the team, managing and resolving technical queries efficiently.
- Maintain proactive communication with the practice manager regarding any potential issues.
- Manage personal workflow and effectively use Salesforce to track and manage tasks.
- Stay updated with industry and internal changes that affect your role, demonstrating a willingness to expand knowledge in financial services areas like pensions, investments, and tax and trusts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience in a paraplanning role, with a strong ability to produce compliant and robust suitability letters.
- Diploma qualified in a relevant field, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Proficient in using Salesforce and other electronic data systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with precise attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team, managing conflicting demands in a calm and friendly manner.
- Up-to-date knowledge of regulation, legislation, and taxation relevant to the financial services industry.
