What you'll be doing:

Partnering closely with 3 experienced Financial Advisers
Attending client meetings and building strong relationships
Producing in-depth suitability reports (pensions, investments, estate planning)
Working on complex cases: IHT mitigation, tax optimisation, cashflow modelling
Mentoring junior team members
Helping to refine and improve advice processes

What you’ll bring:

Paraplanning experience in private client wealth management
Level 4 Diploma as a minimum (Chartered a strong plus)
Confident, client-facing communication style
Collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
Ambition — whether that's moving into advice or excelling technically
