We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner for a full-time, permanent position in Macclesfield.

Responsibilities

• Produce financial planning reports for adviser review, ensuring suitability and compliance standards.
• Analyze client portfolios and relevant data to prepare recommendations.
• Obtain illustrations and supporting documents for client advice files.
• Prepare cash flow analyses as required.
• Conduct technical research to support recommendations.
• Liaise with Compliance throughout the advice process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and ensure proper documentation filing.
• Promptly refer client complaints to management and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and product providers.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain workflow logs.

Requirements

• Qualified Paraplanner (Level 4 diploma) or working towards it.
• Experience in Wealth and Investment management is desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Dynamic Planner, FE Analytics, and Cash Calc is a plus.
