Job summary

Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd is partnering with a Kent-based financial planning practice to recruit a Paraplanner. You will prepare high-quality suitability reports across investments, pensions, protection, retirement planning and inheritance tax planning, and support advisers with prep and case analysis.

The role suits either part-qualified Paraplanners working toward Level 4 Diploma or experienced Paraplanners seeking to deepen their technical expertise in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Paraplanning or financial planning environment.
• A good understanding of the regulated financial advice process.
• Strong report-writing and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• The ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity We are working with a successful and growing financial planning practice in Kent who are looking for a Paraplanner to join their team and provide high-quality technical and report-writing support to their Financial Advisers.

This role would suit either a part-qualified Paraplanner working towards their Level 4 Diploma or an experienced Paraplanner looking to develop their technical skills and career within a supportive environment.

The Role

As a Paraplanner, your responsibilities will include:
