Join Our Clients Team as a Financial Paraplanner!

Position: Financial Paraplanner
Location: Horsham (Just a 12-minute walk from Horsham train station)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
Job Type: Full Time

About the Role

As a Financial Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in our clients dedicated team of five advisers, providing exceptional client service and comprehensive financial planning. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will be essential in gathering client information, analysing financial data, and developing tailored recommendations.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with financial advisers to prepare detailed financial plans and investment reports.
  • Collect and analyse client data, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, insurance, and investment holdings.
  • Utilise financial planning software (e.g., Voyant) to create retirement projections, cash flow models, and insurance analyses.
  • Conduct thorough product and fund research to support informed investment recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards for all planning recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM and planning systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to advisers as needed.

  • Knowledge and experience with a wide range of financial services products.
  • Confidence in determining the advice journey for clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
