MCS Group are partnering with a nationwide wealth organisation to appoint a Paraplanner to join their expanding team in Fleet. The successful candidate will analyse data, research and build recommendations, and create accurate client reports, valuations and quotations.

You will support advisers, manage workflows and mentor trainee staff, handling complex cases. Diploma in regulated financial planning and wealth management experience are required; strong collaborative and adaptive skills are

• A base salary of £40,000 - £45,000

The Role:

The successful Paraplanner will be responsible for:

• Analysing data, researching and building recommendations
• Creating accurate reports for clients
• Valuations, quotations, providing administrative support to clients and advisors.
• Managing workflows and time scales
• Training mentoring trainee paraplanners and administrators
• Dealing with complex cases

The Person:

The successful Paraplanner will meet the following criteria:

• Have a Diploma in regulated financial planning
• Experience within a wealth management environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing factors
