Paraplanner Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience as a Paraplanner within the financial services industry
  • Strong working knowledge of financial planning software and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent analytical capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Diploma in Financial Planning preferred, with Advanced Diploma highly desirable
  • Proficiency with industry-standard software systems
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and industry best practices
Paraplanner Responsibilities
  • Collaborate extensively with Financial Planners to conduct comprehensive financial research and analysis
  • Prepare detailed and accurate financial reports, including sophisticated cashflow planning models
  • Research and evaluate financial products and market trends to support strategic recommendations
  • Utilise Intelliflo Office system to create professional recommendations and manage workflow effectively
  • Ensure all work maintains the highest standards of regulatory compliance and industry best practices
  • Participate in client meetings, providing valuable insights and technical expertise
  • Support the wider team with various projects and initiatives as required
