NJR Recruitment is partnering with a respected Independent Financial Planning firm in Leicester to appoint an experienced Paraplanner. This hybrid role offers a salary of £37,000 - £42,000 with on-site parking and strong progression toward Chartered status, plus support for further qualifications in a friendly, collaborative environment.

You will provide technical research and analysis, produce high-quality suitability reports, and support Financial Advisers throughout the advice process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Paraplanning or technical support.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or working towards it.
• Good knowledge across pensions, investments, protection and IHT planning.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, professional and client-focused approach.
• Genuine interest in developing technical knowledge and progressing career.

Responsibilities

NJR Recruitment is working with a highly regarded, Independent Financial Planning firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Paraplanner who wants to develop their technical career within a supportive environment, with genuine support towards further qualifications, including Chartered status.

Working closely with Financial Advisers, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning solutions, undertaking detailed research and analysis, and producing accurate and compliant suitability reports.

The Role

As a Paraplanner, you will provide detailed technical and research support to Financial Advisers throughout the advice process.

You will be responsible for researching financial products and investments, analysing client information, preparing cashflow models and producing high-quality suitability reports that support tailored financial planning recommendations.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Paraplanner with:
