Job summary

Cooper Parry Wealth is seeking a Paraplanner to join our high‑performing team. You’ll support Relationship Managers, producing high‑quality annual preparation and compliant reports.

You’ll analyze client positions, model cash flows with Voyant Go, and help build robust financial plans. A Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and progress toward Chartered status are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a paraplanner
• Experience in writing full financial plans
• Understanding of holistic financial planning
• Worked with high net worth clients
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to simplify the complex
• Well developed analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation
• Pursuing Chartered or Certified Financial Planner (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of technical support to Relationship Managers
• Prepare for client annual meetings
• Analyze clients' financial position accurately
• Create cash-flow modelling using Voyant Go
• Construct the advice underpinning each financial plan
• Ensure the quality, accuracy and compliance of reports and advice
• Perform complex calculations (e.g., inheritance tax, carry forward, tapered pension contributions)

As a Paraplanner, you’ll be a key player in servicing our existing clients. You’ll be behind the scenes making sure everything flows seamlessly. As part of a high‑performing team of Paraplanners you'll work alongside our Relationship Managers, producing high‑quality annual preparation and accurate and compliant reports.

Other day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

• Provide a high level of technical support to Relationship Managers
• Complete the preparation for client annual meetings
• Complete an accurate and comprehensive analysis of clients financial position
• Creating cash-flow modelling using Voyant Go
• Construct the advice underpinning each financial plan
• Responsible for the quality, accuracy and compliance of reports and advice
• Correctly carrying out complex calculations e.g. inheritance tax, carry forward and tapered pension contributions

• Working towards the Chartered or Certified Financial Planner qualification (desirable)
