About The Role

We’ve built a highly capable paraplanning team and are looking for a leader to build on that success and take the function to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading, inspiring and developing a high‑performing paraplanning team
• Creating an environment where people are empowered, accountable and continually developing their skills
• Building a scalable operating model that supports the next phase of growth for Cooper Parry Wealth
• Driving continuous improvement across both new business and existing client workflows
• Using technology, automation and data to remove friction and improve efficiency
• Improving turnaround times and service levels without compromising quality
• Championing technical excellence and ensuring consistently high standards across all outputs
• Working closely with Advisers, Client Services, Platform and Technology teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Coaching and developing future leaders within the paraplanning team
• Helping shape the future direction of advice delivery across the business

About You

You’re not just an experienced paraplanner – you’re wired to lead. You know how to build high-performing teams, bring people with you and raise standards. You’re commercially minded and understand that great paraplanning is about scaling a business, helping the team succeed and delivering brilliant outcomes for clients. You’ll be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, driving change and making decisions in a fast-moving environment. Most importantly, you’ll be excited by the opportunity to take something good and make it even better.

What You’ll Bring

• Ideally Chartered Financial Planner status (or equivalent)
• Significant experience leading and developing paraplanning teams
• A proven track record of driving operational improvement, change and growth
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of what enables a business to scale
• Experience using technology and data to improve performance and efficiency
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ambition and leadership capability to build on strong foundations and continue to create one of the leading paraplanning functions in the profession
