My client is a large Chartered independent financial advice business with a strong reputation for providing high-quality advice on Pensions, Investments, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages, and Protections across the UK. The company employs around 1000 staff serving retirees, City professionals, families, and SME owners with assets from £1m to several millions. Top Advisers manage over £100m of assets each within a pod structure. The business is ambitious to expand and grow, making it an excellent career move for entrepreneurial and forward-thinking professionals.
The Managing Director seeks a Paraplanner reporting to a dedicated Head of Paraplanning, supporting two established advisers with client banks generating £400k and £500k in ongoing advice fees respectively. Responsibilities include report writing, cashflow modelling, and assisting with annual reviews. The role offers security, a rewarding environment, an excellent benefits package, and a bonus structure. Salary ranges from £40k to £45k, up to £47k for an outstanding candidate. No diploma qualification required, but good technical knowledge is essential. Initially office-based, with WFH options after establishment.
