Job summary

Ferguson Dean in Chester is seeking an experienced paraplanner to join their regional IFA practice. You will provide full support to the team of Advisers and work on a workflow basis to help the firm manage a broad client base.

The role includes research and production of reports, handling client queries, attending team meetings (in person or remotely), and being the first point of contact for clients. A CII Diploma or close to it and experience with major software packages are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experienced in paraplanning and technical support.
• Ideally CII Dip or close to.
• Experience of all major software packages and range of platforms/providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide full support to the Advisers team while working on a generalist basis.
• Undertaking research and production of reports.
• Dealing with client queries as required.
• Attend team meetings (in person or remote).
• Be the first point of contact for clients.

Job description

A leading regional IFA practice are looking to recruit a paraplanner to join them in Chester. They are a rapidly expanding firm with three offices across the North West. They are a generalist practice and work with a broad spectrum of clients. You will be working on a work flow basis, not on one to one with a specified Adviser but this could change as the firm continues to expand.

• Working with clients broadly in the £250k plus space but working on a generalist basis, providing full support to the team of Advisers.
