Job Description:

Our client, a well-established and respected firm of Independent Financial Planners based in Manchester, is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their adviser support team.

The role involves preparing recommendations, producing suitability reports, implementing recommendations, reviewing clients' financial affairs, and maintaining client records.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Diploma qualified or working towards Diploma qualification.
• At least 2 years' experience writing suitability reports.

Key duties include:

• Supporting advisers
• Handling client queries
• Writing suitability reports for new business
• Completing client review reports
• Generating ideas to improve business processes
• Inputting data into cashflow planning software
• Using risk profiling software
• Uploading client data to the CRM system
• Completing application and transfer documents

The role is based in Didsbury, requiring in-office presence 4 days a week with 1 day optional for remote work.

You will be part of a team of four Paraplanners within the suitability report team, supported by a wider back office of fourteen staff, who assist eleven advisers.
