Job summary

Adsumus Financial Services, based in Bromley, is seeking a paraplanner to join a small team in a hybrid role. The position involves writing investment and pension content, supporting advisers, and building client plans with strong attention to detail.

The role offers 9-5 hours, Monday to Friday, with a negotiable salary around £40,000 based on experience and a supportive benefits package including study support and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Strong financial planning and finance skills to support client plans.
• Analytical skills to interpret client data, assess needs, and evaluate solutions.
• Knowledge of investments to research, compare, and support recommendations on investment products.
• Clear and accurate report writing to produce client reports, suitability letters, and documentation.
• Relevant professional qualifications in financial planning are beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively with advisers and colleagues.
• Experience in a financial planning or wealth management regulated environment is advantageous.

Job description

The candidate will work within a small team of 2 paraplanners, under the supervision of their team leader .

Hours

9-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Location

Our offices at Clockwise, Bromley Old Town Hall, 30 Tweedy Road, Bromley, BR1 3FE.

Hybrid working negotiable.

£40,000, negotiable based on experience.

Experience

A minimum of 12 months role-based experience and attained Lvl 4 qualification, or working toward.

Well versed in writing investment and pension new business, including top ups and replacement business.
