Bracknell
Hybrid working (2 days in office)
Up to £45,000
This opportunity would suit an experienced, Level 4 qualified Paraplanner who wants to be involved in genuine paraplanning work, not just report writing.
If you enjoy technical research, cashflow planning, analysis, and working closely with advisers to help shape recommendations, this role offers the chance to be part of a well established advisory firm where paraplanners are valued for more than simply processing work.
The business is looking for a dedicated individual to join their Bracknell team. Alongside a salary of up to £45,000 , they offer valuable share options, strong long term progression, and a working environment where paraplanners can broaden their experience across different advisers and cases
This is a directly authorised, independent financial advisory firm that has been established for over 10 years, with office hubs across the UK.
Founded by a highly successful figure within the industry, the business has continued to grow and is well regarded for its commitment to client service, staff development, and building a strong long term team. They invest heavily in their people and have created an environment where individuals can develop their knowledge, progress in their careers, and play a meaningful role in client outcomes.
Working as a Paraplanner within this business, you will support advisers across a wide range of advice cases, helping to deliver high quality client outcomes.
This is not a role where you simply take instructions and produce reports. Paraplanners here are genuinely involved in the advice process. You will work collaboratively with advisers to carry out technical research, analyse solutions, prepare cashflow plans, and contribute towards the recommendations being made.
The paraplanning function operates on a pooled basis, which means you will gain exposure to different advisers, a variety of case types, and a more balanced workflow.
For those who are interested in becoming a Financial Adviser in the future, this is also a business where that route can be possible. A number of paraplanners have successfully progressed into adviser positions over time.
