This hybrid working Paraplanner job in the Midlands is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing financial planning firm.

You will be providing a full paraplanning function to one of their Senior Financial Advisors, ensuring client service and compliance are always delivered. The business is building an infrastructure to have a 2:1 ratio of back office team to Financial Advisors. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting research and analysis to support financial planning.
2. Preparing reports and documentation for client meetings.
3. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Collaborating with the financial advisors to enhance client service.
