What you’ll do

You won’t be hidden behind a screen churning out reports. You’ll attend every client meeting, build lasting relationships, co-create strategies, and help refine how we work. This is your chance to shape more than suitability letters; you’ll help shape a business.

• Sit alongside advisers in client meetings
• Build cashflow models and financial strategies
• Write suitability and annual review reports
• Be the point of contact for your own portfolio of clients
• Contribute to investment decisions, compliance, or management, wherever your interests take you

• £35,000–£45,000 salary (potential flexibility for an unqualified rising star)

Who we’re looking for

Someone with 2+ years’ experience as a Paraplanner, working towards or already holding the Level 4 Diploma. But above all, someone we’d enjoy spending time with.

• Strong ethics and attention to detail
• Comfortable talking to clients, not just writing about them
• Passionate about financial planning done well
• Keen to be part of something, not just pass work along the chain
