Job summary

Premier Central London consultancy is seeking a Structural BIM Technician to join its expanding design studio.

You will demonstrate advanced 3D geometry modelling in Rhino and Grasshopper and develop robust interoperability workflows between Rhino/Grasshopper and Autodesk Revit for two-way geometry and data transfer. You will translate parametrically generated geometry into practical, Revit-compatible elements while maintaining accuracy and BEP requirements.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Rhinoceros and Grasshopper with interoperability workflows to Revit.
• Experience translating parametrically generated geometry to Revit-ready elements.
• Ability to manage large, complex 3D geometry and ensure BEP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop Rhino/Grasshopper workflows for two-way geometry/data transfer to Revit.
• Create and manage coordinated structural BIM models in Revit.
• Coordinate with design team to maintain accuracy and model management best practices.
