Job description

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking to speak with Advanced Nurse Practitioners or Paramedics for contract positions that we have located across Merseyside, working within Walk-In Centres and Urgent Treatment Centres. For these positions you must have relevant examination and diagnostic experience.

The positions in questions are Band 7 positions offering long term block bookings, and shift patterns that can be determined by the candidate. The current requirements are spread across different locations within the Merseyside footprint, however you can pick and choose where you work, locations include;

  • Sefton
  • Old Swan
  • Kirkby
  • Litherland
  • South Liverpool

The service assess and treat patients with minor illness and injuries. They are open 8am to 8pm 7 days per week. The service is nurse led and offers both an appointment or walk-in service.

The post holder will work within a team as an autonomous practitioner and be accountable and responsible for the health care management of the client/patient group, you will have the ability to perform holistic assessments to interpret, diagnose and treat, concluding to discharge with an appropriate outcome or determining the most relevant pathway for the patient.

Shift pattern times are; 08:00 to 20:30 / 08:00 to 18:00 / 12:30 to 20:30

Pay rates are as follows;

  • Weekdays - £31.00 per hour
  • Saturdays - £41.00 per hour
  • Sundays/Bhol - £50.00 per hour

Shifts are available to be booked a month in advance, and available most days including weekends.

Days: Monday - Sunday
Contract: Shifts or block bookings a month in advance
Band: 7
Salary: £31 to £50
