Working autonomously but with full clinical support, you will managepatients presenting with a wide range of minor illness and injury, as well aslong-term conditions where appropriate. You will assess, diagnose, treat, referor signpost patients who attend the surgery. The post holder will havetelephone, face to face and home visit appointments.
