Aylesford Medical Centre in Maidstone area seeks an Advanced Paramedic Practitioner to join our on-the-day urgent care team. You will work autonomously across in-practice assessments, home visits, telephone triage and care home visits within a supportive GP-led clinical team.
Experience in primary care and independent prescribing would be beneficial. EMIS Web access and commitment to high-quality patient care are essential.
We are looking for a Advanced Paramedic Practitioner to join our growing team at Aylesford Medical Centre. You will form an integral part of delivering our on-the-day urgent care. The role will include telephone, face to face appointments, home visits and care home visits. We are a practices based in the heart of the Royal British Legion Village, on the outskirts of Maidstone close to areas of large planned housing growth. You will be well supported and work within a clinical team of GPs, Nurses and HCAs. The practice uses EMIS Web , and is part of the ABC PCN. Independent prescribing status would be beneficial.
The paramedic practitioner will be required to work autonomously in the practice, providing a range of services such as assessment, diagnosis, treatment, telephone triage and referring patients appropriately. A special interest in women's health would be beneficial but not essential.
Aylesford Medical Centre is a GMS Practice serving approximately 7,500 patients. We occupy a purpose built building in the Royal British legion Village, close to junction 5 of the M20 and have our own car park.
