Job summary

A leading recruitment firm specializing in Skills and Employability is seeking a Paralegal Trainer / Coach. The role entails mentoring learners on their journey to completing the Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship, ensuring they develop necessary skills and knowledge. With the flexibility for occasional travel, candidates must be an experienced Paralegal with a minimum of 4 years’ post-experience and hold at least an A Level qualification in Law.

Essential Criteria:

• Strong occupational competencyof working asa Paralegal(4 years minimum).
• Must hold a minimum of an A Level in Law.
• Experience of mentoring or coaching colleagues within a legal setting.
• Confident with Maths and English.
• Must be flexible with travel if required.

Dutiesinclude:

• Coach and mentor learners working towards theLevel 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship.
• Ensure learners develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required within their role, and to complete their Apprenticeship.
• Offer IAG and provide encouraging support and guidance to your learners throughout their learning journey.
• Identify any barriers to learning, and ensure learners are accessing any additional delivery routes available to them.
• Carry out timely progression reviews, set SMART targets and ensure timely achievement of the Apprenticeship qualification.
• Prepare and support learners through to End Point Assessment.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
