A leading recruitment specialist seeks a Paralegal Trainer / Coach to support learners pursuing their Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship. This remote, full-time role involves mentoring, ensuring student progression, and providing guidance throughout the learning journey, requiring strong Paralegal experience and a Law A Level qualification.

*Candidates must be an experienced Paralegal with a minimum of 4 years’ recent experience in post*

Location:Remote / Online (with occasional travel for meetings)

Salary:£32,000

Type:Full Time, Permanent

Essential Criteria:

  • Strong occupational competencyof working asa Paralegal(4 years minimum).
  • Must hold a minimum of an A Level in Law.
  • Experience of mentoring or coaching colleagues within a legal setting.
  • Confident with Maths and English.
  • Must be flexible with travel if required.

Dutiesinclude:

  • Coach and mentor learners working towards theLevel 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship.
  • Ensure learners develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required within their role, and to complete their Apprenticeship.
  • Offer IAG and provide encouraging support and guidance to your learners throughout their learning journey.
  • Identify any barriers to learning, and ensure learners are accessing any additional delivery routes available to them.
  • Carry out timely progression reviews, set SMART targets and ensure timely achievement of the Apprenticeship qualification.
  • Prepare and support learners through to End Point Assessment.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
