The Role

Our team specialises in a comprehensive range of wet and dry shipping and related trade services for clients across the maritime sector including domestic and international disputes. The team deals with all issues arising out of the interaction between ship, port and cargo interests. From claims relating to collisions, unsafe ports, pollution and environmental incidents, bailment and goods in transit to fatal accidents, Health & Safety Executive and Maritime and Coastguard Agency intervention, slippers and trippers. Our clients include Ship Owners, Corporates, P& I Club(s), Charterers, Shipyards, Port & Terminal Operators, Underwriters, Traders and Marine insurers/re-insurers.
We carry out a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious work.
