Job Title: Paralegal

We are looking for a dedicated Paralegal to support Jonathan Betts' team of specialists in catastrophic personal injury claims, particularly acquired brain injuries from serious road traffic accidents, workplace incidents, and public liability claims.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex, high-value cases, including those involving children and young adults, ensuring they receive the care, support, and compensation they need.

As a Paralegal, you will play an integral role in the team, working alongside qualified Case Handlers to provide legal support on various cases, delivering an outstanding client experience. You will be responsible for ensuring client queries are addressed quickly, efficiently, and with empathy, taking appropriate actions. You will work independently under supervision and as part of a team to progress cases according to departmental procedures to meet personal targets.

You will regularly liaise with clients and medical professionals in person, over the phone, and in writing. Whether arranging meetings, seeking medical reports, or chasing information, a sensitive and professional approach is essential at all times.

  • Ideally, some previous Paralegal experience.
