Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least one year of experience handling road, pedestrian, or cycling injury cases and be confident managing a high-volume caseload. A motivated and proactive approach is essential, as is the ability to assess case prospects, communicate clearly with clients, draft statements, and handle all aspects of case preparation including instructing medical reports and assessing losses. While full litigation experience is desirable, it is not essential.
