About the firm:
A dynamic and forward-thinking law firm based in Glasgow city centre is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their busy Road, Pedestrian & Cycling Injury (RPCI) team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering the chance to work within a collaborative environment that supports both personal and professional development. Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least one year of experience handling road, pedestrian, or cycling injury cases and be confident managing a high-volume caseload. A motivated and proactive approach is essential, as is the ability to assess case prospects, communicate clearly with clients, draft statements, and handle all aspects of case preparation including instructing medical reports and assessing losses. While full litigation experience is desirable, it is not essential. The role is suited to individuals who are highly organised, empathetic, and capable of working both independently and as part of a wider team.

What they offer:
This firm offers a wide range of benefits including a competitive salary, company pension and bonus schemes, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, and generous holiday entitlement with loyalty rewards. Employees enjoy hybrid working options following initial office-based training, along with access to wellbeing support, an annual company day out, and regular team events. Additional perks include the option to buy or sell holiday days and an early finish on your birthday, all contributing to a supportive and rewarding workplace culture.
