Job description

A respected, full-service law firm in central London is looking for a bright and enthusiastic Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy Residential Real Estate team.

Working closely with experienced fee-earners, you’ll be involved in all stages of the conveyancing process—from initial instruction through to post-completion. This is a hands-on role that would suit someone with previous experience in a legal conveyancing environment, who is keen to build on their knowledge and progress in a supportive, professional team.

You’ll need to be confident on the phone, proactive with clients, and well-organised under pressure. Attention to detail, commercial awareness and a friendly, team-oriented approach will go a long way here.

This is a full-time office-based position, although hybrid working may be considered after the probation period.

What you’ll be doing:
• Opening files and carrying out AML checks
• Supporting all stages of conveyancing transactions
• Drafting financial statements and invoices
• Handling post-completion matters including AP1 and SDLT submissions
• Liaising with clients and third parties under supervision
• General administrative support and updating internal systems

The firm is known for its collaborative culture, approachable leadership, and strong client relationships. You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of your work while developing your career with ongoing training and support.

If you’re looking for a solid next step in property law with a friendly, established team—this could be the one.
