A leading law firm, Brabners, seeks a dedicated paralegal for its Regulatory & Professional Conduct Team. The role involves managing teacher misconduct cases with a focus on detailed strategy preparation and evidence gathering in a flexible working environment. We have an opportunity for a hard-working paralegal to join our growing Regulatory & Professional Conduct Team to work on our TRA (Teaching Regulation Agency) contract.
The TRA is an executive agency of the Department for Education and is tasked with considering allegations of serious professional misconduct by teachers. We are contracted to work on the investigation of serious allegations and the presentation of cases to panel hearings.
