Real Estate Transactions and Hospitality & Leisure

Our REI Transactions and Hospitality & Leisure team is a recognised leader in advising on high-value, complex real estate and hospitality transactions globally. With deep sector expertise and a multidisciplinary approach, the team supports clients throughout the full lifecycle of real estate investments – from acquisition and financing to development, operations, and disposition of hotels, resorts, and residential projects worldwide.

The Role

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Paralegal to join our London office, in our Real Estate team.

This role will be a 12-month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or reports.
  • Draft, review, and manage legal documents and correspondence.
  • Assist with due diligence processes and document review.
  • Maintain and organise case files, contracts, and transaction records.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate legal matters.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and coordination of organisational documents.

Real Estate Transactions & Hospitality and Leisure:

  • Support transactional work including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings of real estate assets.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing property-related documents such as sale and purchase agreements, leases, and title reports.
  • Conduct due diligence on real estate matters, including reviewing land registry documents.
  • Help prepare and manage closing documentation for hospitality and hotel transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, local counsel, and third parties to coordinate real estate deals.

What do you bring:

The minimum level of education, experience and certifications acceptable for the position:

  • Law degree or Post-Graduate Diploma in Law essential. Equivalent qualifications from other common law jurisdictions considered.
  • Private investment funds experience preferred but not essential.
