Key Responsibilities:
  • Legal document preparation and research
  • Proofreading and correspondence
  • Supporting Real Estate matters, including new build development purchases
  • Preparing Client Care Letters
  • Conducting AML and Source of Funds Checks
  • Preparing Engrossments
  • Office administration tasks: note-taking, scanning, photocopying, organizing post
  • Payment processing and billing
  • Post-completion matters and correspondence
  • Assisting fee earners with document and letter preparation
  • Greeting clients and maintaining office tidiness
  • Arranging couriers and postage
  • Supporting Partners and other tasks as needed
About you:
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Customer-focused with strong client relationship skills
