An established industry player is seeking experienced real estate paralegals to join their dynamic Commercial Property team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with lawyers on various property management matters, including landlord-tenant issues and land registry support. We’re on the lookout for real estate paralegals to join our busy and growing Commercial Property team. These roles are not entry-level, so to be considered you’ll need to already have experience supporting a commercial property or real estate team in a law firm. If you’re well-organised, proactive, and keen to develop your skills further in a great team, we’d love to hear from you.
We currently have a couple of opportunities within the team, covering slightly different areas of real estate work. You’ll either be working closely with lawyers on landlord and tenant property management matters for a major client or providing support on land registry requisitions and post-completion work.
Depending on the role, your tasks could include:
To be successful, you must have previous experience as a paralegal in a commercial property, conveyancing or wider real estate team. We’ll be looking for a good grasp of the basics and a genuine interest in building on that foundation.
We’re also looking for someone who’s organised, thorough and will get stuck in. Strong communication skills, a calm, proactive attitude and the ability to manage competing priorities are important.
